What to check first, what to include in a bug report, and how to keep private messages out of anything you send.

Most problems are solved by the checks in Common problems and Saksi stopped saving. Try those first.
Where to send a report
Send your report to hello@getsaksi.com
What to include
- App version: Settings > About Saksi.
- Phone model and Android version: in your phone's Settings > About phone.
- The source app, for example WhatsApp or Telegram.
- The time it happened, as close as you can.
- What you expected and what Saksi showed, including the exact label, such as Updated or Possible deletion (unconfirmed).
- The Source notifications status in Settings > Capture & Apps.
Keep private content out
Remove private content first
Do not send real message text, names, phone numbers or photos. If a screenshot helps, cover private details first, or describe what you saw in your own words.
Saksi does not upload your notifications or a bug report on its own. A report is sent only when you send it.
Built in help
Saksi also has help inside the app: Settings > Help & Support.
