How long history is kept
The free archive keeps the last 7 days. Older records and saved files are removed automatically and cannot be brought back.

How it works
- Saksi keeps a rolling 7 day window of history.
- About once a day, it deletes anything older, including saved files no record uses any more.
- Removal is permanent. Nothing is kept in a hidden copy or on a server.
Keep something longer
If a message matters to you, share a receipt of it before it leaves the 7 day window, or keep a copy in another app you choose. See Receipts and sharing.
Longer history
Saksi Pro, with 30 days of history, is planned and not available yet. In the current pre-release, every feature is part of the free app with 7 days of history.
Erase everything now
You do not have to wait 7 days. See Delete all data.
